What’s the main purpose of the tax cut? Just to cut taxes, to kickstart economy, incentivize businesses for specific purposes, to help low wage earners, help out the wealthy? Some would, some would not. Also do you think taxes are already too high?

I hate immigration. Legal or illegal. im totally down with closing the border. I dont think taxes are too high. Im doing fine. As far as aid to ukraine, I dont want russia to invade countries to I think we should try to stop russia from doing so. I would rather help financially than with US soldiers on the front lines.

The 8% spending cut talked about in the Senator Kennedy clip was of Federal Spending while your Open Border Cost document says "The lion's share of that cost is borne by state and local governments" meaning the $150 billion is not Federal spending.

Secondly, a 5% cut in military spending does not equal a 5% cut in Federal spending because military spending isn't 100% of Federal spending. Math.

The easiest place to cut isn't military spending, which BTW is less than social security, Medicare, and cost to service the national debt. The easiest place to cut spending is to obey the US Constitution. Joe Biden has already given away $146 billion dollars in student loan forgiveness despite the Supreme Court saying he didn't have the power to do it, and he's got another $7.7 in process. The chief executive does not have the power of the purse. Student loan forgiveness represents $153.7 billion dollars in unconstitutional spending.

Lastly, it is impossible for the US to get out of debt by reducing spending. IMPOSSIBLE. That path is not possible. The vast majority of US government spending is mandatory. It cannot be cut. The mandatory spending is such that we cannot get out from under it even if we cut 100% percent of non-mandatory spending. The calls to cut military spending is a zombie argument from 50 years ago made by those who don't understand the budget.

The only way to reduce the Federal debt is to keep new spending constrained, get interest rates under control so debt service costs don't kill us, and grow the economy. That is it. That is the only way.

My hunch is The Rapist meeting with the Hungarian dictator is about a Trump/Russia alliance to end the war in Russia's favor, with a quid pro quo of Putin helping The Rapist win the election and keep him in power as President as long as possible. Trump and Putin, true love always.

Obsessing about putting people against a wall and shooting them. Here's Biden introducing Zelensky as Putin in front of the entire world. But the cult don't care, they love destruction and death. Today I learned that Micael Cohen went to prison, was let out of prison during the covid pandemic, and was sent back to prison because he wouldn't waive his ability to criticize Trump, who was president at the time.

Cohen, Trump's former attorney, served time after a federal judge in Manhattan sentenced him in 2018 to three years in prison for various crimes, including campaign finance violations, tax evasion and lying to Congress. He was released to home confinement during the COVID-19 pandemic but sent back to prison after he balked at a condition of his release that required him to waive his ability to criticize Trump, who was president at the time. Cohen had been writing a book critical of Trump.
 
Today I also learned (through a work app) that I haven't been late to work in 16 years and haven't missed a day of work since April 14 2021 (other than pre approved PTO days)
