Did you ever see the huge mound of triceratops **** in Jurassic Park? You had a crisis of sorts in the pre-historic era. As species advanced, they recognized global climate shifts over millennia and rational voices advocated the reduction of greenhouse gases. This was met with great resistance, primarily from carnivorous bipedal reptilians, whose primary self-serving purpose was consumption, glut, and greed. An entire caste arose that systemically favored carnivores, but was implemented and carried out by carnivores and herbivores alike.Pretty sure it was dinosaur farts that killed dinosaurs. The birds survived because they could fly away from the gas.
If I am to believe that cow farts are causing climate change, then giant dinosaurs and their giant farts would have had much more of an impact. They died of climate change too. Probably.
The herbivores, being of the superior intellect, and not as the brute savages, devised a plan for the rescue and salvation of all reptilian species (and any who identified as such) — the consumption must drastically reduce, else all need evolve the anatomy of flight to rise to cooler airs. As carnivorous consumption showed no satiation with excess, there reached a point of no return. Only those with the progressive wisdom of perceived empirical rationalization possessed the fitness of survival. As the appetites of carnivorism went unchecked, production of greenhouse gases escalated and left earth-bound meat-eaters in a proverbial, and literal, pot of boiling water. As winged reptiles took the the air to find calmer homeostasis in cooler atmospheres, the obstinate carnivores saw their resources, one by one, diminish and extinct, leaving nothing but a wake of destruction and greed in its path.
In great compassion from Mother Science, this extinction functioned as a negative feedback mechanism which annihilated those reckless creatures and restored the balance of greenhouse gases. Our precious aviators and birds of flight, those with ancestral wisdom and knowledge encoded into their DNA, are here to observe and partake of a similar fate of Homo erectus.
