Ya to be Ingram feels like a better player than Tony was describingI don’t see it as Ingram. He may not be a “star,” but that’s a massive acquisition and isn’t described as “a guy who’s not a star but better than a starter.” He’d be described at minimum as an all-star or a guy who has been an all-star.

He would be an upgrade for us (but clearly not an allstar). Danny probably has a great relationship with him. I could see Memphis considering offers, given that they are not competing this year.
I don't think anyone besides Tony Jones himself is really calibrated to his player evaluation levels. Like what does it mean to be better than starter level, but not all star level? I kind of get it, but based on reading Tony's descriptions of players on Twitter in the past I'm not sure it means what you might think it means.
