What's new

The Non-Jazz NBA Thread in the Jazz Section

I will as soon as all of the Rudy glazers admit they're Wolves fans
You're stuckness is pure petulance. You've been wrong about Rudy more than anyone else.

I wish I could believe that you're just an acne-covered 13 yr old who is struggling with puberty, but I'm sure you're more grown and more pathetic than that.

The Conley trade hurt us last season. But it's actually helping us now. One of the league's worst net ratings amongst all starters this season. He would be the main reason wolves won't repeat last seasons success. Edwards basically had to carry the entire backcourt all on his own.

I was really high on Amen Thompson this summer, but his handle is definitely not good enough to be a primary ball handler atm. Turnover machine.

Conley was bound to fall off of a cliff sooner rather than later, I wonder when they start to get Dillingham minutes.

Eye test wise, Kyshawn George looks really good. Smooth player with a good handle. We’ll see if the shooting comes along.

6 minutes through the 4th in the ORL-CHI game and both teams combined are 0-20. Commentators having the time of their life lol.

Big minutes for Carrington too. That Coulibaly growth curve is what I'm hoping Cody Williams does. Williams might need another year though, since his body is a bit behind.

Bub had a very controlled game. Didn’t even realize how great his stats were while watching but though he was really good.

Cody doesn’t have the motor, physicality, or athleticism that Bilal has. Probably a similar-ish skill level though.

Cody's not as explosive, also not quite as long, but he has a better handle, more wiggle and more touch around the rim than Bilal. That said, Bilal has become a fairly confident shooter this year.

Eh....I don't know about that. Cody's finishing around the basket was definitely his best attribute in college, but Bilal was also extremely good around the basket in the French league and showed both touch+athleticism. It's one of the things that stuck out to me. Probably splitting hairs though. IMO, they are about the same skill level coming into the league but Bilal had significantly better physical tools and a significantly better motor/mentality.
