No they don't. Both sides can negotiate all kinds of wrinkles to coach contracts that wouldn't be allowed in player deals.

They do, we just arent given the details of what kind of contract a coach signs. There are definitely fully guaranteed contracts signed by coaches that work the same way a player does.

Usually most contracts have an off set clause that lowers the amount owed if the the guy gets another coaching job.
