The Non-Jazz NBA Thread in the Jazz Section

If Joker had to score 40 a game then Denver is in big big trouble. But Joker needed to start scoring more if Nuggets want to stand a chance. If he can carry the scoring load when everyone else/every other play were stopped by the Twolves defense and helped them win this series, then he would really make a strong argument to be the GOAT at the center position. I highly doubt if but there's no any other way.

He's really the only one who can collapse the defense.

The game was terrific specially defense. KAT and ANT keep it close at first half, then second half, NAZ and Mike run the show, ANT being the PO MVP if he don't slow down. I'm so happy for Mike and Rudy, they deserve it. Job not done yet but they are pretty impressive.

The best part about this years Minny run is that we can enjoy it because we don't have to worry about their pick. Next year will feel a little different.

Just wait until tomorrow. He’s facing a first round game 7 against the Magic while his buddy just went up 1-0 on the road in the second round against the defending champs.
Add the fact they tanked the 4th quarter of their last regular season game to get said Magic over Heat and Sixers, both of whom have arrived and settled in to Cancun by now.

Edwards is Him. We can forget about the picks. They will be 20 somethings for a long long time.
That is fine. I have been saying all along the picks would likely be in the 20's. Next year we get to root for it to be in the early 20's rather than late 20's. This league is full of a lot of really good players taken in the 20's.

Gobert throwing subliminals at Donovan
And Clarkson... And all perimeter scorers... Who acted like divas when Gobert demanded accountability and at least a little bit of defensive effort. And our miserable FO and coach decided to not back him up on that. This was the moment I knew we were done. What a group of spineless enablers.
