The Official Kick it thread.

I gave up soda about 3 years ago for a solid year. After that I had a Dr.Pepper and I liked it. I wasn't really addicted to them anymore like I use to be though. I enjoy a soda a few times a month now.
 
I'm kicking exercise, abstinence, healthy eating, and avoiding beer. Wish me luck!

you all know that you can buy small, curved scissors to do the job? No clipping sound; precision; etc.

Grooming yourself can be hard, though. I haven't shaved my face with a razor for over 3 years. I just trim the b**** about once a week.
 
So I keep telling myself things that I need to stop doing and the one that's been on top of the list for a long time is drinking soda. I haven't drank soda for a week now and I want to go as long as I can without drinking it. So here it goes. I won't drink soda for two months.

I think writing it down as a goal of mine will help me. If you guys have anything you want to kick (besides me), please share.

I got some wings last night on a to go order. While driving to get them, I wanted so badly to stop at Maverick and pick up a Mountain Dew. I seriously had the Mountain Dew devil on one shoulder and the P90x guy on the other fighting it out. I didn't fall to temptation last night and I was proud of myself.
