I gave up soda about 3 years ago for a solid year. After that I had a Dr.Pepper and I liked it. I wasn't really addicted to them anymore like I use to be though. I enjoy a soda a few times a month now.
I'm kicking exercise, abstinence, healthy eating, and avoiding beer. Wish me luck!
I do that too, however, I have a very intense phobia of the noise clippers make. Just thinking about it makes me cring. I'll never be able to use them in my life.
Do you clip your toenails the same way?
So I keep telling myself things that I need to stop doing and the one that's been on top of the list for a long time is drinking soda. I haven't drank soda for a week now and I want to go as long as I can without drinking it. So here it goes. I won't drink soda for two months.
I think writing it down as a goal of mine will help me. If you guys have anything you want to kick (besides me), please share.
