Screw the media.
All of this if BS. The media did not like hearing their own words back at them.
I;ve watched a few videos where people announce them as "Biden can't even form a sentence" and I see a guy who is not an elegant speaker but who is doing just fine. This whole thing about him being a bumbling incoherent mess is being blown way out of proportion.
Our constitution says we have a president, not a king. It is President Trump, not King Trump.
Governor Cuomo replies to Trump’s claim:

"I don't agree," Cuomo said on CNN. "I don't agree with the president's legal analysis. The president doesn't have total authority. We have a constitution. We don't have a king. We have an elected president. That's what our founding fathers did when they wrote the constitution. And the constitution clearly says the powers that are not specifically listed for the federal government are reserved to the states. And the balance between federal and state authority was central to the constitution, it's one of the great balances of power. And the constitution has served his nation very well for a long time. Again, they didn't want a king otherwise we would have have had King George Washington. we didn't. we had President George Washington elected by the people."
Please, ****ing please Biden, select Cuomo as your VP. ****ing please. Don’t select a woman just to select a woman. It’s transparent and no one gives a **** about some running mate like Kate Brown. People will be inspired with Cuomo as the selection. They’ll be enthusiastic. They’ll want to go out and vote. Some woman who no one’s heard of does nothing. If you think it sways fringe Republican women who already clearly didn’t vote Hilary and voted for a scumbag who grabs women by the ***** like Trump, you’re a ****ing moron. A large base of R women still think it’s 1955.
I don’t understand why Trump would take on the ‘Obama gave us faulty tests’. This is a new strain that occurred after he left office. Of course they aren’t going to work.
I understand Cuomo has a decent following in the Atlantic states, but in the Midwest he's a non-entity.
Trump does have a carnival barker aspect about him, I can see how that could be interpreted as an extreme promoter. But 45 often speaks in sentence and thought fragments, and stumbles over words. He, at times, is no more eloquent than Joe on occasion. I'm not a big fan of Biden, but to take one or two clips and equate that to a total loss of faculty is no fairer than taking a clip or two of the president stumbling over words and labeling that a sign of senility.Interesting. I see Trump as an extreme promoter and I can see why that bothers people who dislike his policies. I do not see him as incoherent. Meanwhile, to me Biden has always been somewhat of a bumbler but recently he seems to be completely losing his faculties. I have not seen a recent interview where he has made any sense at all. I believe that he has known for a while that his mental faculties are slipping. This is why he has suggested that he might not even be able to finish a first term. I think a debate between Biden and Trump would be a complete train wreck, and the certain casualty will be Biden.
The idea that electing Biden so that his unelected cabinet could take over and run the country while he takes naps and drinks soup (which is where he appears to be headed in the short term) is not very comforting.

As far as electing someone who does not think that he has to have all the answers and can rely on the advice of experts, scientists, and professionals...that would be far superior in my mind to Trump who has shown that he can tolerate no challenge to his ego. He bristles at criticism and always has to be seen as being the best and brightest...even when he has no clue what he is talking about. I will jump at the chance to have someone who takes a team approach to governing than the current "I know best about everything" approach. And if he states upfront that he will be bringing in the kind of cabinet that I described, then in a sense we will be electing them as well. So I don't worry about the unelected part of your response, it is a nonfactor to me.
