The R.I.P. Thread

"The Road" is one of those books that has stuck with me over the years. His books are rather bleak and I've only read a couple of them, but he had a way with words.

One of the things about being nearly 63 is that everyone you've ever admired are dropping like flies. It is also astounding how many famous people live to 90 or so.

Lot of stars at 90 or close that could die soon
Clint Eastwood, William Shatner, Carol Burnett, Julie Andrews, to name a few
 
Wasn’t there a very similar story in the past year of another actor or celebrity that few people would know by name who went missing and died?
Probably the same one, he disappeared back in January and was just barely found.
 
Glad he was finally found.
Yeah going missing it's the worst thing ever for the family. When we were in our 20's our neighbor's brother went missing in just about the same scenario but hiking in Colorado. They never found him as far as I know. It was torture for the family. Closure is a real thing.
