OK, so what is my "proof". I'm not on the "inside" where I can actually "see" stuff like this. Though I've worked with some NSA folks who let a few things slip once in a while. I've also been "on the phone" with government offices/officers some times when my questions caused a moment of panic and the poor stupid frustrated brick in the wall "official" left the phone on while he discussed the problem with his superiors. Enough to know that the government agencies generally are working on an agenda they won't discuss publicly.

What I have said above is based on observing with comprehension Obama's active methods for accomplishing his stated goals, which includes "changing" America to a managed society in the tank for fascism. You can take it to the bank. It's the fact.

Well, the banks aren't a good place to take it. Your only hope for regaining your human rights is making it clear to your elected government officers on every level, from city through state to federal, that you're not going to accept top down management to this extent.

I do find someone posting DEATH TO AMERICA as pretty offensive. My wife and son as well as most the people I like live here, Dutch. Because we don't have perfect liberty you want our nation to fail? Grow up.

No doubt Dutch has now landed himself on a watch list with that tirade. Any posting anywhere - even on site like Jazzfanz - likely does not escape the wide net of the government and their massive monitoring network.

on paper America is a great idea.
but these governments are trying to kill freedom and take control.

Why do so many people have their panties in a twist over this "spying" when we already post up much more vital information on Facebook?

So what if some gov agency can read a few of my texts when anyone can look up thousands of pictures of one person and know exactly what they ate and how they're feeling every 5 mins?

If we really cared about privacy I'd think Facebook would have far fewer users. But whatever. Obama sucks and don't tread on me freedom amurika bla bla bla

if i get this right they are also scanning e-mails? those are private right.
skype msges?
those are also private.
yet they scan them.

and yes i have a fb account with 1 picture.
and almost no personal info just to stay in contact with certain people,
dont they also scan fb private msgs?

Still not sure I believe that, but in the event you do, you have an further skewed vision of what Freedom is than I do. The Government isn't stopping these people from making phone calls, nor limiting their freedom of speech. They're still free to do what they want, when they want. But the point when their freedom encroaches the health and safety of others, that's when they step in. At that point, as far as I'm concerned you don't have any rights, but the government will likely still give you a right to a trial. But that's cool... you do your thing. You're allowed to see it any way you want to. That is the glory of what our freedom provides.

"Never forget" means something entirely different to me than it does the rest of the US. Never Forget that if you promise to kill Americans if they're in your country, accept the opposite. You come knocking my door down in an attempt at "Freedom", I promise you won't die quickly

i did not say kill americans.
I said if america occupy's the country i live in like they do iraq and afghanistan. i would be killing soldiers.
but maybe you dont see the differnce between an occupying force ala afghanistan or iraq(in the name of freedom and democracy) and just some american in a country.
