Charlottesville was a demonstration by actual, self-proclaimed, Nazis. It's hard to draw the conclusion the kid did anything wrong watching the video. Phillips walked to him, and the kid just remained standing where he was, with that smug look on his face.
Been sayin it for years.

So I want to educate my children as to the perfect thing to do in this case and looking for advice please. Should I tell them to;
- walk it back, take the high road by giving ground... every time in life when someone steps to you?
- stand there with a “smug” look on your face while simply standing your ground?
- stand there with a worried look to show humility?
- give the instigator a much-needed hug?
- sit on the ground “Indian-style” to show respect for the indigenous peoples and hope others don’t take it the “wrong” way?
Btw, my favorite people are American Indians and Mexicans... so there’s nothing racist about my comments. I’m only poking fun at starchy white folk that are completely lifeless robots spewing what the puppet masters are dictating as their to-be “thought” processes.
And the funny part is these same people almost always fancy themselves as intellectual elitists.. lol.

It’s all situational. There is no answer that will always be the best response. Some times walk away, sometimes stabs your ground and sometimes step up and forward vocally. And physically if needed.
