I’m pretty sure most pervs look like “regular dudes” too. Seems like the policies aren’t addressing real the problem.

That's all I've ever done. Anyone, and I mean anyone, just chilling in a public restroom should be brought to the attention of whoever owns the restroom or the authorities.
