Jefferson + GSW + Burks for #4 from Cleveland.
Absurd...
Jefferson + GSW + Burks for #4 from Cleveland.
Getting the #4 pick might not be good enough to get MKG. I see him projecting either at 2nd or 3rd pick. I think AJ + GS and Burks is WAY TOO MUCH to give up for the fourth pick. As much as people don't like AJ, he nearly is a 20/10 player. The GS pick is most likely going to be another lotto pick. Burks is still raw but he showed a lot last year. It is way to early to throw him into any deal.

I'd push hard for Lillard, then I'd stack the bench with the type of guys that usually everyone around here says suck and is one-dimensional.
There's a lot of absurd here. It's like absurd pie.
I still think there is a real shot that Big Al lands in Cleveland. I started a thread a while back outlining this issue. I think we'd need to take back Luke Walton's expiring deal, but there are a couple of picks there for us (one late first, one early second).
NOLA is another likely spot (even with Davis coming aboard).
Well the Jazz are talking something, for sure, I just don't know any details. If you recall the 'abortion' of a trade the Cavs threw out there .. but talks continue, so, maybe?
What are you referring to?
What are you referring to?
Cavs offered their 1st pick and a 2nd rounder for Favors (don't know the rest of the details, but that was the main point). Jazz said pass and no deal involving Favors. They're still talking, though, so not sure what those newer discussions are ..
I believe that he is referring to the draft pick for Favors. Utah shut that down.
PKM, do you have any new information about the possible Cleveland/Utah trade for the #4 pick?

Big Al is going no where. We will not trade him this year and we will resign him for an additional three years and this board will melt down.
Wait, for Favors or for favors? I'm sure you probably heard about this audibly and not in writing. Can we get some clarification?
They audibly said it with a capital 'F.'
Favors with a capital F or the favor was a capital F?
