Trade deadline discussion

Gotta see the details on the supposed Fournier trade, but the idea he was had for two 2nds is jaw-dropping.

I can’t help but immediately recall the 2nd round pick dumping this offseason.
Its a good cash savings for the Magic since he goes into the exception celtics have... also give the Magic a trade exception but might be useless since they will be a cap space team this offseason now.

Never forget...

Gordon gave Ainge a TPE. He did not give us one.

The only time DWill was motivated on D was at end of games, one such moment that has always stuck with me was an end of game moment vs Portland, the jazz up 1 on the final Possession. Brandon Roy tried posting up DWill, D would have none of it and stopped him. The jazz would win the game, and I was left wondering why he couldn’t defend like that all game long every game.
Because he was expending all his energy on offense and DW played defense more than you are crediting him.

Magic are doing a total fire sale. Can't say I disagree with doing so as they'll have a top five pick and a lot of future assets to work with.

Gordon is next - just a matter of time.

I think the Magic have done well.

Vucevic is good, but an aging big man. Not only do they get two firsts for him, they get rid of Aminu's $9 million or so for next season. They are shedding tons of cap this year and next.

I like Isaac. He'll be a really good player. Need to build a young team around him.

I am not sure Aaron Gordon makes Nuggets better than Gary Harris. They will sacrifice perimeter defense for sure even if Gordon fits well offensively.

Seriously, the idea of Aaron Gordon went way beyond what Aaron Gordon is.
