Trade deadline discussion

In the playoffs, an argument can be made for that. Jae Crowder is exactly the type player we lack regardless of if Mike was hurt or not.

But any logical person knows that the Conley trade cost us more than Jae. It cost us Rubio, and Grayson and 1st round picks.

Just stop already man. You're not right and I'm not right. We have Mike and he better well pay off this playoffs.
Bruh you moving the goalpost back to the other spot? You cant make up your mind lmao.

Since Conley hasn't helped put us over the top in the series we have lost because he has missed half of the games and we have been .500 when he has played, I think it's a fair prospect to think that maybe Jae helps us more since he would have been there for every game.

I stand by that comment. I think we beat Denver Game 1 of that series if Crowder played. He would have slowed down Murray more than Conley did waving a towel.

You really want to play this game?

Actually, I'm done with this conversation. I'm done saying the Conley trade was a failure for now, but every sane, objective person knows it hasn't been a success.

You stand by it? You just retracted it a few post ago, but now you going back to it? Make up your mind.

We would have won Game 1 of that series if Mitchell crosses halfcourt, that's for sure lmao.

I stand by the fact that we might have been just as successful or better with Jae and all the guys we lost in the Conley deal.

There isnt even a guarantee Crowder re-signs with the Jazz. He chose to go the Suns....

Not to mention there is no guarantee Grayson Allen ever develops in Utah given how Quin treats guys in his doghouse once they have shown they cant play defense.

The **** you makeup as a preferred scenario to Conley is make believe BS.

Why would he have left when he would have been a starter on a team that made it to the Western Conference Finals?
He wouldnt start over any of the starters...

Do you forget how bad Jae was on Utah in his last year? It was an awful fit. Do you even remember most of his games in the Houston series? Or how bad he was in the OKC series?

You want to rail against Conley in the playoffs so ****ing hard you put Jae on this pedestal but you obviously have some short term memory loss, are extremely stupid, or are a dishonest actor in this argument.

Let's just call a truce on this shall we? We are clearly on different sides of this debate.

Let's just see how this season pans out, what Mike does and we can go from there. You cool with that?

Jae Crowder would have like 5 playoffs games where he shot 1/8 from the field in a row, then have one really good game, then go back to making two shots. (all wide open looks too)

He was horrendous for Utah in the playoffs. But Lopo only cares about that if he can use it against Conley missing games.

I don't want to rail on Conley. I want to put it in perspective. That's all.
