Thee thinks getting Conley means we give up on Exum... Not really bro.. Exum can either guard spot. If Exum becomes better than Conley then you trade Conley.

What if Exum doesn't become the next Penny Hardaway and we said no thank you to a borderline All Star at a position where we don't get great play.

If you can acquire a major asset without giving up anything except cap space you do it... Exum may never be as good as Conley.

I see. I think about it the same way. Plus Exum's injury is normally called a two year injury, so I see no problem in bringing him off the bench for 2 more years while he develops. Look at what happened with Hayward, coming off the bench for a couple years didn't hinder his development at all.
