Trade ideas

I think that 40 million + per year salary becomes prohibitive real quick. That's franchise cornerstone money. That isn't what Zach is.
You could stomach it if he wasn't a cornerstone... like we have Lauri and Kessler real cheap... Key too. Its just I think he is priced as an all-star and I'm not sure he has the impact on winning that some super role players have.

I'm not in at any reasonable price. If its like Sexton/THT/Ochai and no picks... I guess. They will do better than that so its really not reasonable.

Lavine ties it with 7 sec left. Big shot.
We following LaVine now?

Trading for this guy at this point would be the height of insanity. When you've put together a contender and need a final piece, a luxury type dude to stand on the perimeter and spread the floor "Miami Ray Allen" style, maybe then. Not now.

This is literally a career losing player who's had the brightest of green lights for years and years and couldn't do anything with it. When someone tells you who they are, believe them.

Jaden Ivey would be another dark horse candidate.

The kid averaged 16+5+4 his rookie season. Shoots 34% from deep on over 4 attempts per game so there's definitely something to work with. His overall efficiency were better than Ant’s rookie year and people expected him to make that second year jump into stardom but he simply hasn't.

And in his defense, Monty isn't exactly the type of coach known for player relation/development.

I see a buy low opportunity here for the Jazz to bring some much needed talent to their backcourt.

Remember how guys here raving about Keynotes high basketball IQ? Here's Ivey 13assists game with just one turnover.

He also recorded 12 assists against Washington, 11 assists against the Bucks and 10 assists against Toronto.

Ivey averaged 5.2 assists per game his rookie season and that's more than Sexton and Clarkson have averaged their whole career.

IDK whenever I have watched him he is out of control and just barreling into guys and doesnt know how to play off the ball. Dribbles the air out of the ball.

He has good percentages but cant really see the court. HIs coach must agree with me to some extent as he has had his minutes cut to 20 mpg from 31 his rookie season.

It's not a strong opinion I have, and could definitely be wrong, but whenever I've seen him this season I've been unimpressed. He wouldnt be a buy low. He's in his 2nd year and hasn't disappointed that hard where he woudl take a big stock hit. He's not hte kind of guard I would want to invest in next to Keyonte.
