I am going to freak'n scream if they end up getting nothing for Bogey if they run it back. I am not surprised they cannot get a trade for Rudy. Part of me is very glad they cannot but that contract is the reason why and it isn't going to get any easier as he gets older. I cannot believe that the Jazz cannot find someone to take Bogey or a package of Bogey/Royce should get a good draft pick or a younger player. The real problem is the Jazz organization hasn't caught up with the NBA. You need length and athleticism and guys who can shoot and play defense. You have to give up some talent to get some talent. It also makes it difficult when you have no current draft picks. I am not optimistic that Utah will be able to make significant changes to improve the team. I hope I am wrong.

I think Thybulle is fake good at defense. Gets his STOCKS on gambling too much.... his offense is soooooooo bad. He's a rotation player but I don't think he's awesome.

I could see them sneaking in as an 8-seed. That has potential to be in the teens.

Clippers, Warriors, Grizzlies, Nuggets, Mavericks, Suns, Pelicans (unless something goes wrong), then Blazers would be in the mix with the T'wolves and (cough) Jazz.

We could use the Jingles Trade Exception ($9.7 million) to take Thybulle and/or Korkmaz.

Would we spend that much money? Probably not, but it's an option.

i tend to agree. he's more of a playmaker defensively than a stopper.

I think that is slightly overstated... I think Morey just prefers to cash in late firsts for the certainty of good players.

If they really wanted to do a money saving move they could waive Green and we could take Korkmaz into our trade exception and we could grab the pick or Thybulle as the sweetner... but that means Ryan would have to invest a little more in this team.

I don't think it's overstated because they have to shed some salary for Tucker.
