Trump's goal is to split everyone. He's great at magnifying or even creating issues so that you're either for him or against him. There can't be any in between. He did it with the Republican party, the American electorate, then with judges even including the Supreme Court(not shaking Amy Coney Barrett's hand), Russia/Ukraine or Palestine/Israel, etc. Now he needs to begin work on law enforcement because they will ultimately be the ones to solidify his power.

@Rubashov I'll try to explain my thought a little better hopefully. The Rapist is a master of planting a seed in which you could read two or three meanings. There are currently "law enforcement officials" involved in aiding ICE officials, for example sherriff's offices and local police forces, etc. Some of them resent being used by Trump(the WEAK and INNEFFECTIVE ones). Trump needs to create a split and force law enforcement to choose as he does on every issue. This is a way to build his Gestapo by emboldening the officers within his cult to stop this "sinister attack on our Nation, an attack so violent it will never be forgotten!" So he manages to hide his message within another message. He's pretty damn good at coaxing.
