The only theory about why Trump chose who he did that holds any water is that he wants blind loyalty. That is literally the only measure he cares about. He probably pulled these guys out from under his skirt and stopped them licking his ******* long enough to tell him which department they wanted, then they went right on back to licking his arse. That is it, that is how it went down and why. Loyalty to Trump is all that matters to him.
