Haha! We snap our Staples losing streak AND likely cost the Lackers a shot at the #1 seed! I'll take it!

Easily, easily, easily Hayward's best game. I will always remember this as the birth of his left hand. I could write a lot about this.

If you charted Hayward's drives to this point, I'm guessing you would see 85% have been baseline when the defender is overplaying/lazy. Purely opportunistic, but he's always quick on those drives which is a good sign of his IQ. Otherwise, you saw teams sit on his left hand. His reaction to this point was to dribble right and abandon the attack looking to pass. Tonight, he drove. But I was stunned to see him use his left hand so much. That's a fantastic sign.

Still dribbles it too high with his left, but that's something that can be worked on in the off season. It also goes to show how the NBA WILL find your weaknesses.

Hayward to Favors! To me the confidence gained in this game was just huge, for Corbin, for Rookies. Great win!

The old Jazz trademark of outworking opponents was back in this game. Hope we see it more.

I hated watching the Jazz get jobbed at home against the lakers - so I chose not to watch tonight. ****!!

I hear ya I seriously thought about not watching the game but decided to anyway, and DAMN I'm glad I did! Hell of a game tonight.

Bentley I suggest you watch the replay. It's a good one.

Tonight reminded me of November 11, 2006 when Deron Williams took over the game down the stretch and for the first time you said "Wow, how good could this kid be?"

Now, I don't think Hayward will be as consistently great as he was tonight
I do, at least in the long run. I bet he comes back next season like a man possessed.

I noticed he seemed to often beat his man off the dribble. He doesn't strike me as particularly quick, but there must be some reason why he has that first step.
