Says the man who suffers from Kirlenko-induced priapism.

lol, who is suffering? I could not be happier that AK is off the Jazz and will play for coach and in a system which will let him flourish. He was suffocated as player on the Jazz since 2007.
The only people who will be suffering are the ones who think that Hayward is future all star and think he is going to ever reach level of Millsap, Mo or big Al . I could understand Favors being in top 2 in this silly voting game but Hayward?? You folks are in for brutal awakening one day.

If that day happens, then it happens. Hayward has been a hard worker thus far and he may not be the most athletic guy, but he plays smart which will keep him in this league for a long time. He hasn't had any problem with meshing with the team and not being the face of the franchise. If he continues to work hard, he'll improve and I see him being in the top (maybe not 2) but 3 or 4 for years to come.

In terms of overall impact, Hayward probably won't ever be on Millsap's current level (that is, there's less than a 50% chance IMO). He's already ahead of Mo and arguably ahead of Jeffy at this point (consider transition play, team O and D).

Close one. If I didnt have hope that Hay would get more consistent from 3 as well as better in the lane, then I would have voted him off. As it is, I keep him.

Millsap because him and Favors play the same position. I know Favors could be a center, and may even down the line prove to be a better C than PF, but his highest potential lies in being a PF.
