ROUND 7) Randy Foye





Here it is jazzfanz, the return of Utah Jazz Survivor.

The game is pretty simple. Each round you will vote one player off the team. This will help determine who jazzfanz considers to be the Jazz' best assets.

Things to consider:

Length and terms of contract, player's potential, player's trade value.

For example, Big Al might be a better NBA player than Enes Kanter at this moment, but who is more valuable to the Jazz as an asset?
 
Tough choice between Marvin and Mo, but since I'm not totally sold on either, Marvin's extra year sealed the deal for me.
 
Maybe I'm playing this wrong, but with the team left Al is more valuable as a traded asset than he is as a player on our team. Time for him to go!
 
Also, these final 8 represent the players who should get significant minutes this season. This should be a lot more interesting moving forward.

Seriously, though. Look at the team that's left. Make the best team out of those players. A team that is balanced, compliments each other well and you'd want to watch on a regular basis. Is Al on that team? In my opinion he's not.
 
Duuuuuudes. This isnt a build a team type deal, it's just seeing who the best asset is.

Like, if you owned these guys as collectibles and somebody was coming and taking one of your collectibles from you, one at a time, which one would you not want them to take? Just think about how much value they have.

So I AM playing it wrong!?!?

I was thinking about it like the reality show survivor, get rid of the biggest target and lay low until final 2!

Why would you think of it as the tv show? this is a website, not a tv show. That's tarded.
 
Decided to starve my man Marv. Hopefully we're still on good terms, kiddo.
 
I finally voted for Al. Of Mo, Marvin, and he, he'd be my last pick of sticking around for the future. If we didn't have Favors and Kanter sitting on the bench, it would be a different story. Taking away huge minutes from Favors and Kanter is the biggest negative anyone brings to the table.
