Exactly. You can't change a foul call. You can change an out of bound call, but not a foul (or a non-foul) call with the video reply.

It was the wrong call, but other refs should have pulled him aside if they had a better angle. They didn't.

Any one of the three could have blown a whistle and made the call. Missing such an obvious foul on the last shot of a 2-point game is inexcusable.

But that ref can only call what he saw though (no foul from his angle). Don't you think the other refs have responsibility to look at the play from the other angles?
