What's new

Utah Jazz VS the Miami luke warms on ROOT Sports 1280 AM/ 97.5 FM at 7:00

10 minutes, from the 4 minute mark of first quarter to the 6 minute mark of the second.

Edit: Ok granted Lebron wasn't in this whole time (that was the amount of time Demarre was in), but with the amount of garbage buckets and turnover baskets Lebron scored i think its safe to say all 8 points weren't from one on one's with Demarre.

8 points in 10 minutes? Could have been worse, I suppose.

My thinking is that one of Hayward's biggest struggles guarding Lebron would be down low, where Carroll didn't have a lot of luck either.

0 2nd chance points..... Let me say that again..... ZERO 2nd chance points!!!!
Definitely the key stat of the game. Jazz got all the rebounds. Utah got a little tight in the 4th, but held on. LeBron is impossible to guard, just like Kobe...but they made him work for his points and stopped his penetration several times. Bosh was a complete non-factor. I wonder if LBJ and DWade feel like he's the kid brother just tagging along for the ride?

I agree, the advantage as I see it is that both Carroll's fouls and energy are expendable playing defense (trying to) on Lebron. Either way who cares we won YEAASJSDKJALKSDMLASDASLDE

When you go against guys like LeBron, Kobe, Durant, etc., you know they're going to get the ball a lot and the refs are going to give them calls. They'll get their points. But you absolutely have to make them work for them and hopefully expend energy on both ends. The way to defend is to rotate with 2-3 guys, give them different defensive looks. And that's 18 fouls you have if necessary. Lebron scored 32, but he wasn't a dominant factor. Miami looked very timid until their late run.

Great win for the Jazz.
I'm dissapointed in Lebron. Way too much passing when he can easily take over. Was Marvin that good on him though?

Also I hate that Kanter has been buried on the bench and that Favors is only getting 18 a night.

Well, I did hear a few people say Utah will win over Miami when hell freezes over.
And from what I've read, Salt Lake has frozen over...and the Jazz beat the Heat.

Conclusion: Salt Lake IS Hell.

Hell doesn't begin to describe it. You shovel snow from the driveway, turn around, and all the snow is back.......

Yea, the sad part is the vets are getting MORE minutes this year than last year. Sad and slightly depressing.
