Indiana, Kings, Clippers, Bulls, Lakers, Mavericks, Nets, Jazz, Suns, Magic, Hawks, Sixers, New York. And this is speaking in February of 2018 before any FA contracts have been signed for THIS year. Tell me who is most appealing on that list.

Just because a team has a free agent they want to keep doesn't mean they keep them. You're forgetting teams like Houston, the Bucks and so many more that have space. If they use that space on their free agent, then so be it. Doesn't mean they don't have space.

You are only considering the teams that have absolute space right now but you aren't counting everybody. If you count everybody, it's like 20 teams.

I don't want to fight with you elan. I want the best for the Jazz. I don't think we need Burks and I question how Favors fits long term. I would rather trade those two and shoot high than just sit on our hands. If we stay put, I will be okay. I just think there are more options in the next 45 minutes.
