I checked, and since your prediction, only one person has been called a homer...it was scat, a BYU fan. You're talking out your *** again. The only thing people have challenged you on is your actual prediction, which was a simple O/U.

Again, you made a simple O/U prediction, but then you offered a bet that fell WAY short of that prediction. 1 =/= 10, last I checked.

Man I have been called a homer by all of these people more times than any of them could count. I know they didn't call me one after I made the prediction, that's why I keep saying next season when everyone is calling me a homer.

Again, the only real "prediction" I made in that post was that even the haters would have a hard time picking 3 losses out of those games (where I posted the schedule). Somehow the semantics turned that into me picking 10 wins. That is NOT the same thing. But even then. I offered to pick 10 wins as long as the hater matched me and picked 10 BYU wins.

It's not a simple O/U bet. Trying to turn it into one is pretty funny. Go read my initial post and see where I offered to make a simple O/U bet. And then take a hard look at where I said even the haters would have a hard time picking 3 losses out of those games. Pretty sure that post has proved to be spot on.

I give him full marks for stubborn persistence and unparalleled creativity, however. If the Ute defense can frustrate opponents the way he frustrates reality, I don't think it would be far-fetched to predict a national championship.

Says the guy who is afraid to go on record and predict 3 Ute losses out of the 12 games I posted. Even when I offer to pick 3 BYU losses out of the 6 or so games they currently have scheduled.

See, now you're just playing semantics. So as long s we're playing semantics, them picking 3 losses is not any different than me picking 10 wins. Either way, we're betting on the same thing.

Challenge accepted. Pick your 10 wins and name your price.

I'll pick my 10 Utah wins right after you pick your 10 BYU wins.

No way. If I have to endure you calling me a homer (which you have done plenty of times, even if GVC hasn't seen it) then lets see if you're qualified to do that, or if you just like to rile up the haters.

Well try to keep up. Here's a quote for you to add to the your list of snippets:

Me picking 10 Utah wins had nothing to do with the topic at hand either. My prediction was that Ute haters would even have a hard time picking 3 losses out of the listed games (and I listed them all).

I rolled with the punches though and offered to bet anyone that was confident enough to pick 3 losses out of that list. When people complained, I offered to do another bet for an equal amount where I would pick 3 BYU losses (out of a much crappier schedule, with fewer games to choose from). When that wasn't good enough, I offered to pick 10 Utah wins as long as the hater betting me would also pick 10 BYU wins. But this isn't, and has never been about me just flat out picking 10 Utah wins.

Do you not see how this puts you at a major advantage? It shouldn't matter who I think they'll lose to, only that they will have more losses than you predict.
