You got after stoked for saying he is open to trade favors without even knowing what he would trade favors for. Why?

Because you don't just trade a 24 year old with his potential (and current level of play) on his contract. If someone can show me some realistic trade involving Favors that isn't a lateral move and brings us back a super-star on a long-term contract, then sure, trade him.

That isn't happening. Any trade involving Favors that we could realistically be pulled off would most likely either be:
1. A lateral move not worth making
2. A rebuilding move involving future picks and rookie contracts
3. A move to get a perceived better player who is in the final year on his contract

If we somehow get the opportunity to draft Ben Simmons I am much more open to the possibilities of trading the pick to build around the Favors/Gobert/Hayward trio than trading away one of the best 2-way player in the league.
 
how ****ing stupid are the Nets? Trading Lillard for Gerald Wallace and now this. lmfao.

And for the record, I've said I would like to see Favors slim down a bit to add a bit more quickness to his offensive game. I've never watched him this season and thought he runs stiff (other than the last few games where he was obviously feeling the knee pain). He easily has the combination of size, strength, and athletic ability in the NBA. He can stay in front of guards who weigh 80 lbs less than him.
 
Sto[p it with the potential crap.. He is 2, so when is it just time to say he is who he is. Also you are one of the biggets ones to rip senior college players because of age. Yet they are younger then 24. You are a clown. Take the pic of Biggie down because he too is laughing at you.

We should send Gordon Hayward as the Jazz representative for the draft lottery...He's obviously the luckiest person in the franchise, he hit the "lottery" last off-season by getting a max contract.

If Trey Lyles makes us better or as good as Favors did then trading Favors for talent at another position would help us move forward. I would like to see Favors play with a real point guard and I'd love to see him get a call every now and again.

I would not trade Favors for a pick and other filler stuff... it'd have to be a knock your socks off type of offer at this time. If we can extend him and go into next season and Lyles is deserving of more time then it would make sense to more actively pursue a deal to balance the roster.
