A young unrestricted free agent stud would be really smart to come to Utah based on how we are set up for the future. If he cares about winning over nightlife that is.

Ehh, KD is fine. He's annoying but that's about it. If you put him in good basketball situations he thrives. Y'all would be certifiably insane not to add a top 20 player of all time to the team if was cool with coming.

No one is saying he isn't great but he is also 34yrs old with a ton of mileage and a lot of injury issues over the last 4 years. If the price is right then he is worth the risk but he would cost a fortune.

But why would Charlotte move off him?

Because he is mediocre. He's had a big uptick in usage in his contract year and has only gotten worse.

If it's a buy low situation it's worth it, but I wouldn't give up anything of significance

He's owed $96 mil over the next 4 years which seems pretty expensive. He's a good player but don't see him raising the ceiling of this team. Jazz probably don't need another undersized guard either.

Sign me up for Durant if he was down with coming here and the price wasn’t extremely high. We’d actually be the perfect place for him. We have no media distractions and it would help his legacy out more than just about anything else could if he won a championship here. He’d fit in pretty seamlessly with this roster too.

Yeah he is pretty much all they have. Kyrie and Simmons are untradable at least for the time being and they are not exactly stocked with draft picks despite having 2 first rounders in next draft.
