What's The Last Movie You’ve Seen?

I saw Somewhere last night...I thought it was a decent movie. That said, I don't think it's going to resonate well with the rest of the country...especially considering the subject manner.

I had no idea Brokeback Mountain had been done far more interestingly 20 years prior.

I watched The Expendables last weekend. Ugh. The movie didn't come close to the hype that it was a fun action movie. Painful.

127 Hours.

Wow. Danny Boyle's technique is a bit to get hard to in this film...a little too music videoish, if you will. But you get used to it. The sound was amazing and James Franco was superb. Life writes the best screenplays.

So on winter break right right now, just started like 5 days ago.

It has been my goal to see one movie every day of the 21 day break.

So far I saw, 127 Hours (not very good), Love and Other Drugs (good), Remember Me (eh), Cyrus (amazing), RocknRolla (not very good), and The Town (good)

Cyrus though is amazing, loved every bit of it, I wanna see more Duplass bros movies

What didnt you like about 127 Hours?

I'd rather watch a documentary with the actual guy explaining what happened. Everyone knew the outcome and it took way too long to go about it. The cinematography was great and I enjoyed the beginning with the two girls but once he actually got pinned down to the rock I wasn't much of a fan. I would have liked to have known more about him before and even after what happened...I think it was vastly overrated too which gave me too high of expectations going into it.

The movie reminded me a lot of Into the Wild which I cant explain how much better of a movie that was.
