Who do we need to spread the floor? Stauskas, McDermott, CJ Wilcox??

Let's say all the planets align and somehow we are able to swing a deal for the #1 pick and we take Wiggins. Let's say we have to give up the #5 and Favors and a future #1, just for grins. But we are able to retain the #23 and 2nd rounder this season. Who would be ideal that we can realistically get with wheeling and dealing with that #23 and other considerations.

  • Who do we need to add to this roster in order to spread the floor and add spacing?
  • Who is a good package that will add spacing and also not be a liability on defense?

You're right, we may already have the solution on our team. It will be interesting to see what Snyder can do with Murphy.

I like Wilcox, because he's actually in our range to be drafted. Those other players will all be gone by then. Also heard that Wilcox was very impressive during his workout and made over 60% of his threes. He's got local ties here and from day one he can come in and contribute. Not much potential, but a solid bench player.

McDamnit. Matt Harpring meets Klay Thompson.

Nobody.

You put the team on Wiggins shoulders (trial by fire) and pick up someone to play next to him with a top pick in next years draft.
