Burke, Burks and Gobert.

Exum eventually, but swagger is different from leadership.

Surprise leader - Tomic if he comes over. He'd be the oldest and most experienced player on the roster. Can totally see him stepping up as a veteran leader on a super young team.
 
From listening to the interviews, Exum still seems very young. I think we've got to give him at least a whole season before we could expect him to step up in that sort of role.

Let Burke and Hayward and whatever vet do it. This season, I just want Exum to focus on learning to be an NBA basketball player. Considering his lack of experience, I think that alone will fill up his plate.

I agree. He seems very poised and naturally confident but he was thrown out of the nest and landed in friggin Utah!
