Long term, mentality is a / was a big reason. I can see the Jazz leaving that skin behind like a spring waken snake under Snyder.

Short term, inexperiencedness. If this unit plays together for enough time with right alterations and teachings, they will succeed a lot. And I don't see why this shouldn't happen.
