On second thought, it'll probably be Harris. Something to keep in mind is that, even with the debate fiasco, Biden outraised Trump in June and has pretty well been kicking his arse there. Assuming they can get someone to excite the base while appealing somewhat to the independent blocks (which Biden was having a hard time doing), it'll be interesting. If nothing else, the machine that Axelrod and Obama built is still impressive as hell.
