Who's getting bought out this year?

Is he injured? How come he hasn’t played this year? Zanik would have a little bit of inside info on fit and personality stuff. He’s certainly be interesting, though.

He's currently in covid protocol. He's just a guy who could come in for Bogey for 5 minutes and attack the paint non-stop with the Jazz's spacing. Playing between Ingles and Gobert, the Jazz might be able to get it to work.

What's crazy is Jabari is still only 25. It feels like he should be 30.
 
I think the Sixers game gave a glimpse of how badly the Jazz can be abused by athletic giants that can handle the ball. If Royce is our best option defensively (and he was in a big way tonight), then that is not great.
 
both kevin knox and frank Ntilikina are out of Knicks rotation and may get bought out. if not, Knicks may give away picks to offload their contracts.

Not high on Ntilikina but Knox has all the tools to be a good shooter(38% from deep so far in the season) He's worth a look if we can get him for cheap. wouldn't mind seeing him in the niang role.

Just did a quick On-Off court number scan... I fell into a quick rabbit hole again on Mo Wagner. I think he might be good enough as a 4/5 to be the stretch 5 and survive alongside Rudy or Favs if we need. Washington has been so much better when he's on the court.

Great finisher, great roll man, shooting the three at 35%... and he is among the best of the best in charges drawn... he has taken 1.1 and 1.2 per 36 minutes the last two years. Thats twice the rate Kyle Lowry has... Basically I think if Kelly Olynyk and Ersan Illyasova had a love-child... it would be Mo Wagner. Also, I have a knack for finding underappreciated goofy looking white guys. Might be because I am one.

I think Juwan might be good enough and has shown maybe some improved shooting to be the 4/5 hybrid... this isn't a big need imo... but if we have budget cuts next year to keep Mike and Favs is traded... I'd be looking at Mo as a possible replacement.

As a buyout this year or for next year? Also, Locke really liked him during the draft.
