Withey played when we needed him to, when Gobert got injured. You don't need your back-up center to get regular rotation minutes, you just need him if your main center goes down.
It's not that simple.

Fair enough. I won't argue against you on thatI disagree, I think Mack and Neto both proved themselves as legitimate 2nd string PG's in teh NBA.
I did it purposefully. Going with 15 isn't wise imo because it limits trade possibilities.
He played less minutes per game than Withey and could barely get on the floor in the playoffs even though their starting center got injured.
We needed him to start the season, as I think it was just him and Neto to start the year. I think the Jazz have tried and failed over the last year to trade him. If he's not on the team this year, it's most likely going to be, because the Jazz bought out his contract. And we have been saying we will trade/cut Burke for the past 2 years, hasnt happened.
I think Mack doesn't want to be a 3rd/4th string pg again and he will let the guy walk to pursue greener pastures.
My gut says that is what it will be.I would be fine with a pg rotation of hill, exum, neto.
High motor, excellent rebounding kid that is still developing the mid range game he's gonna need. Good body and the kid has the "want to". Could be a taller Millsap.
Because Withey had to start a big chunk of games. And he played 8.4 minutes per game in the playoffs. That's not nothing and he didn't play more because of their want to go small.
I'll try not to be too long winded, but basically my in-laws have Weber State season tix, court side, and they never use them. I've probably seen all but 5 or 6 of Bolomboy's home games during his time at Weber.
He was SO raw as a Freshman but you could see the NBA body was there. His biggest improvement over the years has been his footwork and his college coach will be the first to tell you that. He's really turned himself into a good face up jump shooter (still has to get better) and by his senior year he even started taking and making a couple of 3's. I think the best thing you can say about the kid is that each and every year, he got better. There was constant improvement and he was always praised by his coaches for not being complacent and working to get better. Dude is a rebounding monster and as I said earlier, a high motor guy. A taller Trevor Booker is s really good comp IMO.
I'm a bit of a homer on this kid but he's an NBA player. Never be an All-Star, but will make the team, give us a solid 6-8 years, and qualify as yet another Lindsay late round steal.
