Anyone here work out on a regular basis? What are your routines like? what exercises do you do, how often, how many sets/reps, and how often do you change your routine?
Also, what supplements, shakes, etc do you take or have you taken?
Recently, I started taking Jacked from GNC. That stuff gave me a ton of energy without upsetting the lower tract or giving me the jitters.
What have been your experiences with Creatine? Or with Glutamine?
I've taken Glutamine before, and many of my friends have recommended it. Yet, Creatine is famous for improving lifts and athletic performance. Thoughts? Opinions? And funny stories are welcomed!
