Nothing but my hands and feet. I recently added hand "paddles". I don't know what they're really called. It sure adds to the workout my arms/shoulders get.Do you guys that do pool work usually use floaties, a lifejacket, or a tube?
Edit: Turns out, they're called swim paddles. This is what I typically use:
My typical morning swim consists of 1/4 mile of just stroking with my arms (no kicking), 1/4 mile of arms and legs, and 1/2 mile arms and legs with the paddles. That mile takes me about 38 minutes usually.
