Both actually. The soreness is obvious because you are using different muscles (or at least the muscles in a different way). But the cardio wasn't where I thought/expected it to be. Now I've started swimming three times a week and doing other things the other 2-3 times a week. From a cardio standpoint, or leg soreness?
Nothing but my hands and feet. I recently added hand "paddles". I don't know what they're really called. It sure adds to the workout my arms/shoulders get.Do you guys that do pool work usually use floaties, a lifejacket, or a tube?

This is a good way to make your muscles cry.
I was hesitant about using them. But I'm glad I started. Don't knock it till you try it.You outdorked my sarcastic question. I'd rather be swimming laps in floaties at the local Rec Center pool than in those Berenstain Bear mitts you wear.
