Do you think it's really the ball? I know it was targeted before the Cup started, but maybe there's some truth to that claim.
I think that loss will get Spain's head on right, though. They are the favorites for a good reason, just don't seem to have the chemistry from previous years.

srsly a good game though huh? down 2-1 Korea was legitmately threatening to equalize it, and then BAM! Lionel Messi happened. the game was closer than the score indicated IMO

This has got to be the strangest World Cup on record. Don't get me wrong I really like that it's a lot more competitive and I'm proud of our CONCACAF brothers from Mexico taking out the stupid pacifists from France but golly. Switzerland over Spain? Mexico over France? Ghana over Serbia? And that's without talking about all the draws that shouldn't have been draws. I will be getting up early tomorrow to watch the 6:30 Germany match and then the US at 9:00. Should be a fun morning!
