Your the ****ing idiot because Billups never wanted to play on the Clippers. He would of done the same thing with the Jazz until he realized that we would have a shot at winning. Billupsmade the Knicks into a playoff and a contending team. Without him, they are nothing but two superstars who can't play D. He would of been PERFECT for our system.

Dude come to grips with reality that players who are still valued and at the end of their careers don't want to come to a rebuilding Utah team. There is a difference when you are picked up by a team that has Blake Griffin and Chris Paul, oh and that team happens to be in LA.

Not if you actually followed Billups career where we started his first 5-6 years in a position he hated at SG and specifically said he would NEVER play shooting guard again in his career. What did he do? I grew up in Michigan and have met Chauncey a couple of times and while he would initially be mad, the guy is down to earth and would do anything for his team if given the right opportunity.

I would've loved to have him if it were possible. It really wasn't. They could've amnestied Memo but that wouldn't have been terribly wise (there's no guarantee that the Jazz would've gotten Billups [the amnesty bids are sealed], Billups might have caused problems, Jazz would still have to pay Memo and no longer be able to try use him as an asset whatsoever [like they were able to do with that NJ trade right before the start of the season]).

Dont understand how people say this thread is useless yet they make 100 trade options that the Jazz COULD do...knowing that KOC doesn't even go to this website and those trades will never happen. Give me a break
