LOL ... Zion is still very young. As many have commented, he needs to lose weight. But even at his current weight, his head is even with the rim on his jump. Imagine if he loses 20 pounds, and he is ungodly strong. He's an athletic freak like LeBron. It won't be long before he is kicking everyone else's ***.

This summer league has been so trash. Close to zero star value, no big storylines... MPJ went down before it, Morant is not playing, Zion went down and not playing anymore... more than half of the lottery picks are not playing... Just a huge waste of time unless you want to watch the Jazz rookies and the battle for the last center spot on the Jazz...

Gtfoh... I’m an experienced veteran of summer league... $35 bought my tickets when sales opened up... posted down in the lower bowl early in the day and got a great show for a half. I did have to suffer through the China game which was boring but other than that it was cool. Place was super hyped.

We’ve had fun down here... Zion game was cool... jazz team has some interesting dudes... went to Donovan’s shoe signing and got some DONS signed. My son played pop a shot with willie Reed... super nice dude btw... if he doesn’t make our team hopefully he makes a team.
My son got his basketball signed by derozan, Trae young, Don, Rudy, Jason kidd, and a bunch of other dudes like future legend Conner mcgreu (sp?).
No way I’d be watching that **** if I was home though... you have to come to Vegas to experience the greatness of summer league.
yeah, it's probably better experience in person than for the at home viewers. Seems like most of your fun has been with things around the actual SL than with the actual SL games.

I’m a big believer in Zion... that said he looked a little heavier in person and not in a good way. Normally it is the other way around... they look heavier on tv. He’s explosive still but he needs to control his weight. I think he will do it but I had kinda expected him to be a little leaner coming into summer league. I’d said concern level is super low.
I think his shot will come around... he’s willing to shoot it which tells me he has some confidence in it.

1000% Donovan is very very very generous with his time and willing to be interrupted... other guys are not. I don’t judge them... I get it but the dudes that do take the time get a huge boost in credit from me. Rudy did something similar yesterday which he doesn’t normally do... security had sent a couple kids away and he told them no he could sign some stuff.
DeAndre hunter and cam reddish completely shut the kids down... which is whatevs... but they were just sitting in the stands not headed anywhere. There are a lot of adults here that chase autographs for eBay so I get why guys don’t do it... it’s just cool that Don will engage, he doesn’t just sign... he talks with the kids. He has done it every time I’ve seen him it has to be so annoying and the guy never acts put out.

I think he needs to drop his weight. He looks unnaturally big and not in a good way to me. He needs to drop at least to 250... or thereabout.

His *** is 250 right now by itself. I think he could play at 265ish and be healthy.
Btw... Brantley is a brick house... dude is thiccc... in a good way though... he could prolly get a little leaner but I’ve got a good feeling on him.
Can he start? I’m not meaning is he a starter, but with four really good guys on the floor, can he start? I mean, Pop had a way of disguising Matt Bonner on the floor. Can we get away with Brantley? Because if he can defend, play tough, grab boards, and hit an occasional catch and shoot three, that’s all we need.
