What's new

Why is this off-season lasting so damn long?

I hate this time of year. At least football starting can somewhat divert our attention.

The end of Sept will be rough, but October isnt too far away. Once camp starts we'll have plenty to chew on.

I think it's understandable since this is the championship season. A healthy Jazz will easily secure a 6th spot and go for the title like Rockets did. If I try try to be more pessimistic, I can say that the Jazz will not have a lottery spot for the next draft coming of from this seasons standings.

I feel like a kid again where summer seems like it lasts forever. Can't wait to get my Jazz fix. Of all the years since waaaay back in the day I'm most excited to see what this team and coaching staff can bring.

Summers always flew by for me. Did your parents make you go to summer school or something??

Well yeah, summer did kind of fly by. But you know how when you're young time seems to move much more slowly than when you're old? Well I'm solidly middle-aged so time is moving pretty good.

I like it! And I actually wouldn't bet too much against your scenario. If Gobert, Hayward, Favors, Hood, Burks play out of their minds it just. could. happen.

NBA is game for boring winter. I am glad when it ends so I can camp and fish and hike. I wish it lasts more longer.
Throw in some vodka too, fellow Slavic.

I post therefore I am...

David Locke: Both Raul Neto and Trey Burke are in town. Jazz players continue to spend lots of time in Salt Lake City in the off-season.

It's good to see that so many Jazz players are coming and going from SLC. They all seem invested in improving this team and themselves.

Trey Burke is in Miami, he just posted a picture from his hotel on IG.
