Deron couldn't wait to shut the Jazz fans up; again putting himself before his team, then sulking instead of getting back on D. He hasn't changed.

When we get the third seed by .5 game over Memphis we can look back on this and take some solace that Jerry didn't go in vain.

I really think bashing Deron Williams is unnecessary at this point haha He left 5 years ago, he was a great Jazz player while he was here and gave us a lot of wins, and he was just interviewed about our team and gave us outstanding praise especially Hayward. I actually think if you asked Jerry right now about it he would just laugh it off. I also don't think Jerry would want Utah Jazz fans to be upset 5 years later. We are playing well that's all that matters.

Oh please, save your sanctimonious ******** for ******* who care. Make your own thread about it. Bashing Deron will always be necessary for what he did to our team and coach Sloan. I never bash Kanter but I will bash Deron. Just because it has been five years and he said that we are a good team doesn't change his actions while he was here. I doubt Jerry would laugh anything off.

He didn't do anything to Sloan. We should thank him if he did. Sloan needed to go.

I'm going to be negged for saying this, but I think the game had started to get ahead of Sloan, and I think his passion for it had started to fade. I'm sure Deron Williams did have an attitude problem, but not to the extent that people perceive. He was made into an unfortunate scape goat.

Yeah, I don't disagree with Sloan tiring of the game, but Deron might have had a lot to do with that. And Deron had a huge attitude problem as anyone who watched every game that season will remember. This wasn't a sudden blow up. It was a continual undermining by Deron to the point where he wouldn't even respect the fact that Jerry was in charge. Finally Jerry said **** it.

Anyways, this has all been hashed out 1000 times. But my point is once a punk always a punk and Deron last night showed that it was all about him once again.

Sounds like you don't believe in people being able to change, redemption, or forgiveness.

You must have a bad memory. No revisionist history for this one, it went down right in front of our eyes.

Damn a player and coach got into arguments and disagree with each other? I'm sure that has never happened before ever. Sloan quits because he is old and didn't give a ****, but we all blame DWill still? Lmao

lmao, so wrong.

DWill was mad KOC ruined the damn team. We had Al ****ing Jefferson. The team was ****ed and everyone knew it. Sloan wasnt making it work and he just out right quit. But blame DWill because he had passion.

Why dont we boo Jerry Sloan every time he comes in the arena? He quit on the team.

Why do we boo Dwill? It makes no sense to me.

Kind of depends, but in his case I don't. Yeah I'm a tough sell on the forgiveness thing, which isn't to say that true change doesn't deserve it. But in many cases the person is just sorry they got caught or it screwed up their life and are not truly sorry for the damage their actions caused. And even if they are sorry, I'm not the most likely person to forgive someone.

Do you often forgive people, Fish?

This would be a great Hitler downfall parody.

I'm extremely forgiving. To a fault I think.

But your explanation in this case is valid as are your feelings towards d-will. It's all good to me.
No worries bro

Right on, it takes a special person to know how to move on, and forgive. I figured you were that kind of person. Good on ya.
