With Rudy and Favors out are we going to see a new Jazz? Interesting to think where we'll be in two weeks.

I'm not giving up on Rudy. We need to hold him out until he's really ready. He'll be back.

Rudy is a great basketball player. One of the best in the world. However, to me, it's clear he's disposable for this current roster. Time will tell.

Maybe. I loved that Donovan-Favors pick and roll tonight. Or was it Ricky? Right now it seems like Rudy is a tough fit.

Ricky is still a problem. He got hot and played great but once the defense stiffened he kept shooting even more improbable shots and cooled off. He needs to realize his limits and defer once he misses a couple, not force an even more improbable shot. Look at Mitchell, he missed a few and then began to defer for a while.

Too much nitpick, he was 10 of 15 tonight, awesome shooting.

Last year we had what, 51 wins with Gobert and Favors? So why can't they play together this year?

We lost Hayward, but Mitchell's development has more than made up for Hayward's loss. The only other significant difference is Rubio vs Hill.

Let's hold off talk of dumping Favors or Gobert, until we really understand what is wrong with this team. Yeah, we beat Boston tonight without Gobert (and Favors for most of the game), but does anyone think that lineup could win a 7-game series against the Celtics?

Someone needs to buy Gobert ankle, knee, hip, shoulder, and elbow braces for christmas. The guy is becoming injury prone.
