Why are we even talking about Aaron Gordon? He's a RFA. Has orlando said they want to move him?
Nah, we're just all bored and throwing names around right now

Sure. And I'd have no problem with Gordon and would welcome it. But one of those guys is hard (impossible) to obtain while the other is quite easy to obtain. The guy who's hard to obtain isn't called out for a huge outlier year, but the guy who has a pretty big volume of data showing he's a good shooter is written off as an inconsistent shooter on a hot streak.I think the big difference is that Gordon is young and has the higher ceiling, especially on defense. He's gotten better every year he's been in the league, and is 22. While Mirotic is older, he is not as good of a defensive player. I just think that Gordon fits the Jazz better, especially long-term
I would go after Jabari first simply for the reason that he would probably cost less. We could probably offer expirings and take back their bad contracts (Dellie and Teletovic) and they will listen a little bit. I don't think we desperately have to send Hood AND a 1st. If we could turn Hood into an okay first (something lower than where ours projects), I bet we try the following and not get laughed at:
Favors, Joe and the attained 1st
for
Parker, Dellie and Teletovic
The Bucks get help for now, shed over $21 million for next year, and get a first for a guy they might let walk this summer if he gets too big of a deal.

Aaron Gordon is shooting 42% on corner 3s this year. That's a player that fits with what the Jazz want.

I think they would have. Jazz have drafted everyone Locke has fawned over in the last several drafts. 2011 burks. 2013 Gobert. 2014 he made these huge videos on Gordon and absolutely loved him. 2015 lyles. 2016 he said there was no one he loved in the draft and we traded the pick. 2017 Mitchell.

Lol...are you serious. Sorry to be rides but this is fantasy trade.
In what way do you mean? There are many reports that the Bucks might let Parker walk this summer if he gets too big of a deal in restricted free agency. If there is a chance they might lose him for nothing, wouldn't it be smart to tether some terrible contracts to him on his way out? The Bucks will be a free agency destination with the Greek Freak there.
Yeah, I’m sure guys will be clamoring to sign with Milwaukee.
