What's new

2018-2019 NBA Season

Its pretty impressive that 76ers turned the ball over 27 times against the Nets. Plus they only attempted 65 shots in the game vs 105 for the Nets. I am not sure I have seen that large of a gap in shots in a game. I guess they got to the line a lot but still pretty crazy.

Gasol is getting old and lost mobility, he is not the same player he was 5-7 years ago. Conley is ok, but their team in general is not a playoff team this year - losses to Kings and Suns just proves that.
Lol Conley is better than OK and Gasol is still a bear defensively. They upgraded their roster quite a bit from last year kind of under the radar. I think a lot of people (myself included at the beginning of the year) are letting last year's tanktastic Memphis squad color their perception of their current team too much.

I thought the hate had gone too far... Gasol is still great defensively and can shoot, post up, and pass... he's pretty damn lethal.

Temple, Mack, Anderson have replaced some of their garbage players and JJJ is legit good already. If Conley and Gasol played all 82 they'd win 50ish games. They won't, but we played them at full strength. Not an easy win at all.

JJJ is an underrated add for them this year. He's the perfect fit next to Gasol. I have him on my fantasy team and he's already firing lime a vet. He's already better than half of the starting PF in the league.

Also Harpring loves him if that means anything.

Who won that game? (Im assuming the nets did)

yeah cuz like with LeBron there, they're struggling for veteran leadership
So between all the media attention he gets and talking to sponsors about new shoes and trying to win games and looking after his wife and kids, and promoting his new school, he still has so much time left in the day to talk to and mentor the other 10+ kids on the Lakers team all by himself?
