He is always hurt. Let one of the Stars guards have his spot. But cheap which is why I think he comes back.
We will have cap room of over $30M assuming we exercise year two for Faves.

Exactly. If we keep Neto and Favors but let Thabo, Udoh and Ricky walk, we have around $13. Most free agents would take MLE of $8.6 from a contender over $13 from us.If we keep Favors we won't have anywhere near $30 million in cap space.
I know people don't even like thinking about trading Gobert, but I'm curious what we could actually get back for him with some other pieces. Curious what would be out there. This is what I'm talking about. Keep Favors as the starting C and grab someone that can play some offense as Gobert is really our best trade piece.

I don't like the idea of trading Gobert, but I would do it because I'm scared of that next contract. However, you bring up the best point - who do we trade him for? I just don't see the guy who makes sense.I know people don't even like thinking about trading Gobert, but I'm curious what we could actually get back for him with some other pieces. Maybe Gobert gets us unproven potential guys, but he isn't getting us Beal or anybody like that.
