What's new

You're the GM this offseason. What do you do?

If they moved Jae I think it would have to be either to move up in the draft because there was someone they really liked... or if they needed the extra space because we got a max guy or we got a max guy and could use him to address other needs.

So I think it would have to be something good to move Jae... which would mean good things for the team.
Nah, we move Jae to free up salary to set aside for Exum retention in 2021.

Also, I originally typed 2921. That too.

Guess most don't agree with your comment. Truth is Jae has some shooting woes but hits some but has heart and hustle that defines a Utah Jazz man. He wears our jersey with pride and is a great ambassador for our Utah Jazz franchise.

Lol “has some shooting woes”. Truth is he’s one of the worst high volume shooters in the NBA

I do like the guy tho, just wish we didn’t need him to shoot so much

I think you hit the nail on the head with wish we didn't need him to shoot so much. I think because we depend on him so much he has to chuck them up.

I hope he sticks around though. He is a great Jazz man.

Maybe...

In Jordan's 3rd year, he averaged 37 points per game but still didn't win a playoff series. Donovan would have to have a monster 3rd season to keep up with or be ahead of MJ. If DM averaged around 30 points per game and won a playoff series or two, I would say that Donovan had a better first 3 years in the league than MJ if that were to happen.
U have rocks in your head

Breaking Nues: Gordon H. is available for scraps/
What if there were a player who had been at an all-star level, is a pretty good shooter and is capable of giving you 20 pts/per. He's in a bad situation because he's the 4th option, but would thrive in Quin's system where he'd be able to utilize multiple screens to get open looks. And his team is looking to bring in AD and NO may just want assets to help their rebuild. If his name weren't Gordon Hayward, he'd be a great acquisition.

Gordon was made for Quin's system. It's a shame he couldn't see that.

What is wrong with you? Of course you would say that because your suffering from the Donning Krueger effect. You are obviously too young to remember Jordan playing. The year he averaged 37 pts, and the Bulls went to the playoffs, the Bulls had a squad of Michael Jordan, John Paxton, Charles Oakley and they were defeated by the Celtics in the first round who wen to the Finals and were beat by the showtime Lakers. Their team had, Larry Bird, Robert Parish, Kevin Mchale, Dennis Johnson, Bill Walton. I know your young, but maybe you heard of them? That Celtics team won the championship the next year and are considered possibly one of the greatest teams in NBA history. The timing and the Bulls team wasn't right for Jordan to win it all. You compare him to Mitchell? You badly need to get off social media and pick up a book, or watch something that happened before 1996. Do something! Even if its wrong!

I'm the GM I take a nice vacation, maybe travel abroad. Spend some time with the kids.
