But he also might realizing anew just how limited his options are. He might have thought that the Cavs could've beat expectations last year, and that he'd be able to move to a playoff-level team at some point of this contract. Dunno. But my money is on the fact that he's become more resigned to his situation AFTER signing the contract.

Paul for Hayward would make sense for both parties, since Kyrie will likely end up in New York one way or another

Memphis is probably waiting on Orland or Detroit or any other teams that have better trade assets to join the chase. we are the team that's currently most interested in Conley, but we can't really put together a convincing package that both parties will be happy with. At least one will feel upset about the return when this deal is done.
